Auto Glass Service - Raleigh

I decided to look for a company in my community when I found your company listed in the yellow pages for Niagara Falls. I was most pleased with the customer service I received from your company. I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service. I have notified my insurance company of your ability to make me a very happy customer . I will certainly call your company if I am ever in need of your services. You can be very proud of the individuals respresenting your company in the Niagara Falls area.

I was so surprised to learn that your personnel would come to our home and make the installation. The quick response, the hassle-free procedure made me a real fan of your company.

From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer. I expected at least a 2 hour wait but in about 30 minutes Rodney informed me that he and Troy were finished and I just needed to wait the appropriate time before driving away. Great experience, would certainly recommend Auto Glass Service to my friends or associates.
