Give Don Pirillo A raise. He returned the call in hours and had the appointment to install the the broken window. The repair crew called to insure the appointment. Showed up when expected and did a great job.

NORBAN JACOBSON J - San Antonio

Donnie was very polite and even came earlier than scheduled. Good customer service skills. If I should need service again will definitely call your company.

Just wanted to say "thank you" for the wonderful customer service provided to me through Exeter Glass. Robin was the "best" when it came to taking care of my questions and scheduling the installation of my new windshield. Robin sent out a representative from the company to my home the day I made the call to make sure that the correct windshield was ordered for my car.

The technician that was sent out to the job was also very impressive. Although I did not get his name he went to work in the coldest weather and put my car back together in no time flat.

In this day and age good customer service is hard to find. Your company provided us with the GREATEST service, and I thank you.

We will recommend Exeter Glass to our friends in the future and thank you again.
